All rentals are coordinated and taken care of, every small detail accounted for; a dedicated event manager will ensure nothing is missed.

Drawing from experience in Vancouver fine dining, Okanagan wineries, and international travel, his work emphasizes ingredient integrity and a strong sense of place. Each menu is developed with careful consideration—resulting in a cohesive, refined, and distinctly composed experience.

With a specific respect for horticulture and environmental sustainability, his approach is grounded in thoughtful sourcing and seasonal integrity.
